Head of Finance, Robert Collopy is an ACA accountant who brings four years of fund accounting experience from venture fund Balderton Capital. Prior to Balderton, Robert trained in audit at WMT Chartered Accountants and Menzies LLP, before moving in to Venture Capital.
Robert holds a BA in History & Economics from the University of Oxford, and retains an interest in history. Outside of work he is a competitive chess player and keen runner, currently training to break a 3hr marathon.
Robert is responsible for all areas of finance across the fund, including the management company, tax reporting & fund financials. Additionally he is the main point of contact for initial LP queries.
